Many people are writing, asking for information about threading the sewing machine and put on the reel correctly. Since each type of machine is different, these initial steps also vary somewhat. I found some manuals that may help. And I photographed a step by step on my own machine. Mine is a Singer Makes Premium. I also found manuals for machinery and facilitates Cosmo Pro And I must say it really is very easy to do, once you get the hang of it. And to get the hang, there is no escape: we need to do often, to learn!
Sewing machine singer
First, a step-by-step photos that I took from my own machine.
Placing the coil in the Singer Sewing Machine Model Facilitates Premium
1.Levante the presser foot.
2.Turn the wheel toward you until the needle is in its highest position.
3.Open the cover of the coil.
4.Solte approximately 10cm full bobbin and place it in the bobbin. The conduct, the coil should rotate counter-clockwise.
5.Segurando bobbin, thread the first slot (see photo) and then through the second slot (opening).
6.Puxe line a 10cm out and back of the machine.
7.Feche the cover.
Now a tutorial with pictures, how to thread the machine, also my Singer Makes Premium.
Threading the Machine - Singer Sewing Machine Model Facilitates Premium
The machine to be in a position to straight seam, the needle in the center position and in its highest position and the foot-clacador lowered to make it easier.
1.Place the twine line twine holder pin. Secure it with the catch.
2.Levante the presser foot and turn the wheel toward you until the stretch-cord reaches its highest position.
3.Puxe the line of twine and pass through the slot bottom of the first thread guide and then the top edge, from left to right, one turn.
4.Passe the line by another guide-wire, inserting it from the bottom up.
5.Passe the thread around the tensioner so that it remains between the tensioning discs.
6.Puxe line gently up and right, lifting the spring and allowing the line slide inside the shield.
7.Passe the line inside the wire stretches.
8.Para to thread the guide-wire spiral, start from the left, making a circular motion with his hand on sintido time. The line should slide to the center of esperial.
9.Passe the line by the last thread guide and turn the wheel toward you until the needle is in its highest position. Lower the presser foot.
10.Empurre gently lever shifter automatic line down and pass the thread through the guide.
11.Insira line hook into the slot and hold it suavamente up.
12.Solte gently lever and the line is threaded through the eye of the needle automatically.
13.The line form a loop back. Pull the line about 10cm, breaking the tie.
To complete step-by-step photos of how to pull the bobbin thread:
1.Com his left hand holding the needle thread. Turn the handwheel toward you, making the needle down through the hole in the needle plate.
2.Continue turning the wheel until the needle above the back plate. Then gently pull the needle thread. It should bring up the bobbin thread into a loop.
3.Com fingers, break the loop until you find the tip of the bobbin thread.
4.Puxe the needle thread to the left, through the opening of the shoe. The two pull line back of the machine.
Coil - singer sewing machine
1. Raise the needle to its highest position by turning the steering wheel.
2. Remove the bobbin cover by pushing the release button toward the right. The cover of the coil will rise sufficiently to allow its removal.
3. Place the coil making sure that it rotates to the left by pulling the line (counterclockwise).
NOTE: This is a very important step, since the coil can cause sewing problems to rotate clockwise.
4. Lead the line through the opening (A) and then toward the left.
5. Supported with a finger lightly on the coil, pull the line until it passes through the slot (B). After approximately 15 cm from the pull line back of the machine, beneath the pécalcador.
NOTE: This is also a very important step to ensure that the bobbin thread is not out of position. Close the lid again.
6. Place the lid of the box, reel back into the needle plate.
Turning to the top line of the sewing machine
Sewing machine
A. Raise the presser foot. Make sure you always get up before going on the top line. (If the presser foot is not lifted, do not get the correct voltage line.)
B. Turn the wheel until the needle reaches its highest position and stretch-wire is visible.
* Pass the thread through the thread guide (1), then by passing the preliminary tension guide (2).
* Pull the thread tension between the disks, passing through the left side of the plate (2). After guide it to the bottom of the groove.
* Take a U-turn around the inside of the tongue (3).
* Pass the thread through the stretch-wire (4) from right to left.
* Go through the inside of the lever-wire stretches to reach the center of the lever.
* Lead by the last thread guide (5).
* Pass through the needle eye (6) from front to back.
IMPORTANT:
To verify that the passage of the line is correct, do this simple check:
1 - With the presser foot up, pull the line behind the machine. You will note only a small resistance and a small or no curvature of the needle.
2 - Lower the presser foot and pull the line behind the machine. At this point you should notice a considerable resistance and greater curvature of the needle. If not detect this resistance, the line was not rendered correctly in the machine and you must repeat the passage.
• Raise the presser foot.
• Turn the handwheel toward you until the needle is in its highest position.
• Pull the slide plate and remove the empty spool.
1. Release of approximately 10 cm full bobbin and place it in the bobbin case (Fig. 1).
In its development, the coil should rotate counter-clockwise.
2. Holding the bobbin, thread the groove (Fig. 2).
3. Pull the thread to the left inside of the spring, until it leaves the slot (Fig. 3).
4. Partially close the slide plate leaving a piece of line out (fig. 4).
Threading the sewing machine:
1. Lift the wire stretches up to its highest position by turning the handwheel toward you.
2. Raise the presser foot to release the line voltage.
3. Place the spool on the port pin reel. Secure it with the appropriate fastener.
4. Place the holder by pressing it firmly against the spool.
5. Pull the thread from the spool and pass it through the thread guide (1) and (2).
6. Pass the thread tensioning discs through the pulling-down, as illustrated in
(Fig. 3). Holding the spool gently, gently pull the thread up, lifting the spring and
allowing the line to slide inside the shield.
7. Thread the wire through stretches (4).
8. Pass the thread through the guides (5) and (6).
9. Pass the thread in the bore of the needle front to back, pulling line 10cm behind the needle.
